I love popcorn: It's great brain-food. Popcorn is healthy and light: Pretty much the perfect snack.
Store-bought microwave popcorn is usually full of preservatives (unhealthy), and in addition the bag is coated in cancer-linked chemicals. In addition to that, store bought popcorn normally costs a minimum of $0.60 a bag.
I prefer to make my popcorn at home. Pour 1/3 a cup of bulk popcorn kernels in a brown paper sack and roll the top. Put in the microwave for 4 minutes and wait for popping to slow to a few seconds per pop (Note: Also make sure the bag doesn't fall over,

or the popcorn might burn). Once done, add toppings (I like using the misto for some olive oil, and some salt). Done, a perfect cheep, healthy snack!
A bonus? Popping corn in this method only cost about $0.20 a bag. Healthier, cheaper, and tastier? Win-Win-Win.
